Kimberley Process Member States

​ Any State, regional economic integration organisation, WTO member or autonomous customs territory that meets the requirements of the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, has notified the Chairman of that scheme and is listed in Annex II to COUNCIL REGULATION (EC) No 2368/2002 of 20 December 2002 implementing the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme for the international trade in rough diamonds, is a member of the Kimberley Process.

The Kimberley Process (KP) is open to all countries willing and able to implement its demands. The KP currently has 59 participants representing 85 countries, with the European Union and its 27 Member States counting as a single participant, represented by the European Commission. KP members account for approximately 99.8% of global rough diamond production.

  • Morocco

  • Uzbekistan
