About the Application
The application is based on InstatOnline and works with the same data, allowing both applications to be used concurrently during a trial period (until May 31, 2025). Despite a slightly redesigned interface, all core principles—data entry, submission, correction, and deletion—remain the same. In the future (in 2026), this application will replace both InstatOnline and InstatDesk (which is built on unsupported components), thus combining the advantages of both applications. It will also be fully compatible with other systems, such as iOS.

- Import of an unlimited number of rows.

- Ability to correct error items during import directly in the application.
Main Differences
- Implementation of a collapsible side menu instead of a basic top menu, along with other minor visual changes
- Terminology Changes (updated according to current legislation):
decaration item – formerly „item“ – a line in the report containing statistical data such as customs nomenclature, net mass, value, etc.
declaration – formerly "message" or "file" – all unsent rows are grouped into a single message with an identifier and sent for processing.
- Improved correction options.
It is possible to import report items with errors if the file is at least formally correct. In such a case, the system will offer to take over the faulty items. In the report item overview, use the status filter “new with error" to display all problematic entries. Open each item and correct the highlighted values.
